Handcrafted cotton mouth covers from Oaxaca, Mexico. These beautiful face masks are handmade by Abigail Mendoza and her family. These handcrafted cotton face masks are woven with a traditional back strap loom in Santo Tomas Jalieza, Oaxaca, Mexico. This ancient pre-hispanic technique produces complex patterns and a strong durable weave.
Size: 7.25” x 5.5” plus elastic ear loops
The sides where the elastic are sewn are 3” high. With the pleated design, the middle expands to 5.5” when fully open.
Triple layered cotton and thin elastic ear loops make these masks comfortable and easy to breath in. Top layer is handwoven with colorful contemporary designs. The bottom layers are thin cotton. Each one is unique. Pleated design allows for a more conforming face covering.
These masks are washable. Hand wash with mild soap and cold water. Air dry.
