13” diameter pure copper Jam Pan. Perfect for making jams, jellies, and preserves. We use only pure copper, which is highly conductive and allows for excellent temperature control. Convex bottom, thick riveted handles and hammered finish.
Also great for making large batches of candy or chocolate.
Not lined with tin. Easy to clean and polish.

Beautiful hand hammered jam pan, quality heavy guage copper material, very nice addition to our copper sugar pan collection, my only complaint is that the bottom of this pan should be flatter, it's a little bit rounded and doesn't sit as flat on the stove as the rest of our collection, this should be a good pan for caramel and fudge
