12” diameter pure copper Jam Pan. Perfect for making jams, jellies, and preserves. We use only pure copper, which is highly conductive and allows for excellent temperature control. Convex bottom, thick riveted handles and hammered finish.
Also great for making large batches of candy or chocolate.
Not lined with tin. Easy to clean and polish.
