10” hammered copper sauté pan with two bronze handles. Hot-tinned interior. This handmade copper sauté pan is made with 14-gauge copper, giving it a thick quality feel that is built to last.
Care instructions:
These pots are hot-tinned to prevent corrosion and provide a non-stick cooking surface. Use a soft sponge to wash them with a mild dish soap and warm water. Hand dry. The exterior copper naturally tarnishes over time. To polish it, regularly apply a specialty copper cleaner like barkeeper’s friend or a simple mixture of lemon juice & baking soda, vinegar & salt, or lemon & salt. (The interior should not be polished)
