Love all of the beautiful hand crafted copper from this seller. And they are very prompt at answering questions. This is my second purchase from them and I will be back! Also, the day after they shipped they notified me that they accidentally only shipped two of the four straws. They immediately shipped me four more straws and let me keep the two I already received. Attractive and functional. A few of the ends were a little rough but that was easily fixed with advice from the seller (who offered to replace them instead if I wished).
