16" diameter thick pure hammered copper Jam Pan. Perfect for making jams, jellies, and preserves. We use only pure copper, which is highly conductive and allows for excellent temperature control. Convex bottom, thick riveted handles and hammered finish. This is a handmade item, slight imperfections may exist.
Also great for making large batches of candy or chocolate.
Not lined with tin. Easy to clean and polish. Handcrafted and built to last.

High quality. Matched the description. Exceeded expectations. The bottom is slightly curved Incase you didn’t read down that far. I got it as a gift for someone and wanted to keep it for myself. I will likely get another one when I decide I need it. I cannot say how it performs since I have it away. I am sure it will work excellently though based off of how well it was constructed. It came with slight patina which personally I don’t care and I actually prefer it that way. Thicc copper handles appeared to be securely fastened.
